Remember that all of the accounts are leveled up automatically by a robot and we are not responsible of future bans due to misuse or abuse. 

 

All the acounts have a grace period for a reasonable amount of time for them to be considered safe enough to be played on. (Since no one logs in in days, the game can safely assume you traveled to your current location and you can play normally).

How can I buy an account?

 

We only receive paypal payments through selly.io at the moment, you can safely buy from the link that we provide in the shop and you'll get an e-mail with all the account details for you to log-in.

Can I get details about the Pokemon on the account?

You can always see  the list with the strongest Pokemon of the accounts in our shop menu, we remind you that Pokemon and Items on the accounts are random except for the ones listed .

 

It´s completely normal for the game tutorial to appear when you log in for the first time. After choosing your username the account level and Pokemon will be visible. 

 

It's very important to avoid faking your location, avoid playing the account on an emulator or using mitm applications, this guarantees a ban if you don't know what you're doing. 

 

It's highly recommended, if you have been banned before, that you change your modem/router IP before playing on a new account if you're using Wi-Fi, (most of the times you only have to plug it off and on again to do this), if you're on your cellphone provider's data network, you should have no problems, they are safe-listed by Niantic.

 

Can I get a refund?

We don´t give refunds, but you have two days to ask for a replacement if you have any troubles with the one you bought, (we only give one replacement).
